Your existing records are migrated into Fathom Fleet while you keep operating as usual.

Finalisation & validation

We verify and run through real workflows, and walk you through the day-to-day tasks.

Go-live & handover

Fathom Fleet goes live as your primary system, backed by ongoing support to keep everything running smoothly.

Pricing

From

$500 AUD per vessel, per month

Every vessel gets the whole platform. Logbook, crew records, certificate and survey tracking, and Safety Management System support. No per-user charges, no module upgrades, no setup fee.

Commitment: 12 months; One agreement across the fleet, invoiced annually from $6,000 per vessel.
Setup fee: None; We migrate your existing records, then run the crew through real workflows before go-live. Three weeks at most.
If it doesn't suit: 30 days, refunded; Long enough to run a full crew rotation through it. Cancel inside that and we refund the year.
